Return Policy

The products on this site are NON-RETURNABLE unless shipment of merchandise received does not match the merchandise ordered or items are defective due to a manufacturer flaw. If your product matches these criteria please contact your dedicated sales representative within 15 days of receipt of merchandise for return instructions. All returnable products are available for an exchange only of the identical product original ordered.  

OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT INSPECTS EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT THAT HAS  BEEN RETURNED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGES OF ANY AND ALL RETURNED ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA.
